CIRMF - Organisation

The personnel department is responsible for managing staff and operates in several areas: personnel administration, human resource management, social management, social communication and safety at the Centre. Expatriate staff are recruited from their original organizations. Gabonese staff, particularly researchers, are recruited from the CIRMF Scientific Council. Administrative and maintenance staff are hired as needed based on job applications.

As part of the Department of Communication and External Relations, the Documentation section provides researchers and other personnel with the literature necessary for conducting research at the Center. The library contains thousands of books on the research topics and over a hundred periodicals. Internal documentation includes electronic copies of several thousand documents (journal articles, theses, etc.).
